Hayball is pleased to announce leadership promotions across the national practice, naming two new Principals, three Senior Associates and 10 Associates across its Brisbane, Melbourne and Sydney studios.
Sarah Buckeridge and Tom Jordan, Co-Managing Directors said, “The past year has demonstrated the dedication and excellence of our staff as they have risen to the many challenges posed by the COVID-19 pandemic.”

Principals
Liza Ringdahl
With significant experience in education, commercial and retail projects throughout Australia, Liza works with the state government to develop strategic frameworks and guidelines as well as private clients to deliver major projects throughout Queensland. Her work blends conceptual design rigour with a strong sense of place influenced by her background in research and neuroscientific principles.
Rob Marcen
Since joining Hayball in 2007, Rob has had a significant role in advancing the practice’s Design Technology capabilities. With a career equally weighted between architectural projects and specialist technology and BIM leadership, Rob advances new digital thinking in all aspects of the practice; intrinsic to the making of architecture.
