Prominently located in Claremont Street, South Yarra, this proposed residential development aims to establish a respectful, striking presence in the Toorak Road precinct.

The design solution is centred on providing a coherent streetscape in a fast developing neighbourhood, creating diverse opportunities for living and working. The building comprises a retail tenancy at ground level and residents’ amenities within the podium and roof top, with apartments achieving view of the city and the mountains. The result is an architectural language carefully articulated to create a highly textured facade and elegantly proportioned sculptural form.
