Catering to a new generation of young professionals entering the property market, Nord responds to changes in how people are living and working.
In a rapidly changing location on Melbourne’s city fringe, this major development sought to attract owner-occupiers with flexible, functional homes of enduring style and value. One, two and three bedroom apartments offer sweeping views over the tree-lined boulevard below, nearby Royal Park and the city skyline.
The integrated architecture and interior design focus is on space, light, liveability and flexibility. Sculptural modulation is created in the façade by interspersing inset balconies with projecting bay windows. This sculptural form invites light to reflect within the apartments, which offer open plan layouts with adaptable configurations. Two communal courtyards and a generous rooftop garden with views to the city offer residents a high level of amenity.
