Staff promotions are an important way for us to reward the achievements and contributions of individual team members, and also to reflect on our values.
At a studio-wide celebration last week, Co-Managing Principal Sarah Buckeridge spoke to this, saying: ‘I think at Hayball we pride ourselves on our generosity of knowledge sharing, and that’s something we really seek to reward through these promotions.’ Sarah went on to address the leadership qualities we most appreciate, including ‘the enthusiasm and commitment to mobilise a diverse team, and build trust and respect from everyone in the organisation.’
