Settlements have commenced and occupants are moving in. It’s another signature project for client Mammoth Empire and looking rather wonderful, isn’t it? You can see its vertical expression rising as a complement to the exoskeleton expression of its sibling, MY80 (completed 2014).
On a landmark corner position in the emerging Elizabeth Street North precinct, Empire Melbourne is a 62 level tower comprising 487 apartments and two levels of retail, restaurant and cafe. Extensive communal resident facilities include a swimming pool, saunas, gym, yoga room, bookable entertaining spaces and a lounge.
