Our West Village mixed-use precinct with Sekisui House Australia was crowned the Best Development in the State as the recipient of the President’s Award at the Urban Development Institute of Australia (UDIA) Queensland Awards. The precinct incorporates industrial remnants of the historic Peter’s Ice Cream Factory, combines village life with inner-city amenities and numerous verdant spaces. The project has achieved Six Star Green Star – Communities rating, which is the highest rating for master-planned precincts in Australia.
