The Jonson Street project in Byron Bay is a strategically planned mixed-use development that enhances both the residential and commercial appeal of the township’s southern entry. The development features co-living accommodation with 106 beds, fostering a community-focused environment. In addition to housing, it features an array of food, beverage, and retail offerings, all anchored by a supermarket for convenience.
A central pedestrian laneway, a key aspect of the masterplan, connects the residential precinct with the surrounding community, offering multiple access points from different street fronts. Residential amenities include communal lounge spaces on each level, co-working areas for remote work flexibility, and leisure facilities like a rooftop pool with views of the bay and a mid-level podium terrace.
This design prioritises both functionality and community integration.
