Hayball conceptualised the Masterplan for the new Westbrook Catholic P-12 College in Toowoomba with due consideration of Catholic values, the transition between year levels, place making, community engagement and environmental constraints.

The resultant vision enables the more public facing library, administration, halls and future self-funded Chapel to fully engage with the College arrivals and more public realm. Distinctive courtyards support kindergarten, prep, primary and secondary needs.

Catholicity is celebrated in this vision with future proofing and a deliverable staging sequence safeguarding the best interests of the College. The vision was underpinned by co-creative workshops with the Toowoomba Catholic Education Diocese with conversations ongoing and informing the evolution of this transformational project.
