The Industry School Cleveland, QLD
Post completion of an Optimum Model Study, our nominated team has worked collaboratively with The Industry School and Hammond & Neale to develop the design of a three-storey school that will become the new home of The Industry School in Redlands located at Bloomfield Street, Cleveland.
This project is a collaborative exemplar. Working over the 2023-2024 Christmas and New Year period, we have helped to de-risk the site acquisition, attend key pre-lodgement meetings, develop the design, Queensland Independent Schools Block Grant Authority (BGA) application drawings, and we are presently preparing for the Development Application submission.
The design epitomises The Industry School, their pedagogical aspirations, DNA, culture, and strategic vision. Space is agile, functional, and efficient, and the design activates two street frontages.
The Industry School is delighted with the design and our attentive service. We are also undertaking small refurbishment works on their Brisbane and Toowoomba schools, which is testimony to our approach to maximising the value of existing assets.
