Installation of the unitised façade system on Nord Apartments, Flemington, is complete. With the prefabricated panels being easily craned in on site, the process was a swift one.
The aluminium and glass panels were designed to align with the handrail and balustrade system to form a strong horizontal axial emphasis. A high level of detailing precision has been achieved through extensive collaboration with the builder Hacer Group during the value management process, resulting in a sleek and elegant façade.
The high reflective and seraphic banded finish is intended to improve privacy of apartment balconies while maximising natural light to these zones.
Internal fit out is about to begin.
