A new commercial office tower at the Chadstone Shopping Centre was an opportunity to continue our relationship with the Gandel Group in the design and fitout of their new corporate home.

With a focus on expression of company identity, history and cultural artefacts, the office is located on the uppermost level and with panoramic views on all sides. It accommodates core administrative and operational staff, and the company’s executive team, within a unique boutique office environment.

Staff and their visitors can choose from formal and informal collaborative work settings, including an exclusive rooftop terrace. A centrepiece of the design is a generous gallery space, which transforms into a function space with full catering kitchen for charitable and philanthropic events hosted by the Gandel Group.

With 5 Star Green Star intent for the development, Hayball was engaged early in the design phase of the base building to tailor its design to suit the client’s brief, and ensure a truly integrated fitout strategy.
