The eight-storey building fuses elements of old Kensington with a white brick masonry sculptural archways and black metal drawing on the city-fringe suburb’s industrial past.

The development accommodates 400+ generously proportioned studios, one, two and three-bedroom apartments. Incorporating open-air lanes, walkways and multiple rooftop gardens, the design focuses on amenity, privacy, light and air access and integrated green spaces to foster a genuine sense of community throughout the building.

The project will distinguish itself as a landmark Build to Rent precinct catering to couples, young families, professionals and elderlies alike, who seek to enjoy the convenience of urban living in a vibrant lifestyle precinct at an affordable price.
